The Project is located in North of Riyadh – on Abu Baker Al Sedeq Road; the project includes Educational, Health, and retail, commercial and residential components over an area of 906,000 M2. APG scope is limited to detailed design and construction documents preparation for Residential Duplex and Apartment Product APG was assigned to develop the Design phase for the Duplex & Apartment of this community center that includes Educational, Health, Retail, Commercial, & Residential facilities.
