The Contemporary Design distinguished a rectangular Podium from the curved Tower, not only through their different forms but also the use of different materials. The Podium has perforated sheets that cover the Parking levels, while the Tower shows a harmonious merging between reflective glass cladding with white concrete intervention. Moreover, the perfect location on the Canal, not only that ensures a breath-taking view to the Residential units, but also, the tower is reflected in the water surface, an appealing experience to both the residents & passers-by.
